Sorry, I got it wrong

Following my previous post, it seems that I—not to mention Professor Nutt and the whole Advisory Committee on the Misuse of Drugs—do owe everyone an apology.

There is one incontrovertible piece of evidence which shows that cannabis has an adverse effect on intellectual capacity:
